Protection of personal data
SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Customer information is maintained in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the valid and effective laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Sb., as amended (hereinafter referred to as "PDPA"). The provider uses all data obtained from customers exclusively for internal use and does not provide them to third parties.
- Customer’s personal data regarding their name, surname, address, phone number and email address will be processed on the grounds of performance of contract in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR. Provision of such personal data is necessary for further communication with the customer and further specification of the provided service. The personal data in accordance with this paragraph will be stored for the duration of at least 5 years, but no longer than necessary, especially for the period of prescription of rights and obligations from the service provision.
- Provider will further process personal data regarding the name, surname, address, phone number and email address of the customer on the grounds of a given consent of the customer in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 letter a) for the purpose of marketing and impersonal feedback evaluation in the form of a delivered customer satisfaction form, with which the customer expressly agrees. The personal data in the feedback will not be processed in a manner capable of identification of the customer, but solely for the purpose of unbiased feedback evaluation, and will be processed separately from the customer's name and surname. Personal data according to this paragraph will only be stored for the necessary duration for the purpose of evaluation of the feedback and customer's name and surname will be stored for the purpose of application for a discount for future services no later than 5 years afterwards. Customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Processor and controller of personal data in accordance with GDPR is the provider. Provider will neither provide personal data to any third party, nor any third country or international organization.
- Customer has the right to request access and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of the provided personal data in a written form or via email on the address of provider info@dolphinboat.cz. Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of Personal Data Protection.
- All materials published on the presentation of the Provider's website are protected by Act No. 121/2000 Sb., On Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright and Amending Certain Acts, as amended, and other legislation of the Czech Republic. The menu that is displayed in the website presentation can be protected by other rights of the persons concerned by the menu information and its illustrations.
